Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom, with no additional fees at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday), for a total estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days including processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. To start a return, just email us at info@casadaluva.com.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
Absolutely. If you'd like a different size, colour or style, just let us know in your return email and we’ll help make it happen, subject to availability.
